AI Form Copilot ("the Extension") is a browser extension developed by E&L Insurance Services, Inc. for internal use by insurance professionals. This privacy policy explains how the Extension handles data.
Data Collection
What We DON'T Collect
- The Extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information
- The Extension does not track browsing history
- The Extension does not use analytics or tracking cookies
- The Extension does not sell or share any data with third parties
What the Extension Accesses
The Extension accesses:
- Carrier Websites: Only when you click "Fill FAO" or "Fill GEICO" buttons
- Your Agency's CRM Server: To fetch client data for form filling
- Form Fields: To automatically fill insurance quote forms
Data Flow
- You enter a submission ID or search for a client
- The Extension requests data from your agency's secure CRM server
- The CRM server authenticates and returns client/driver/vehicle data
- The Extension fills form fields on the carrier website
- No data is stored in the Extension after the browser tab is closed
Data Storage
Local Storage
The Extension stores only:
- Your server URL (for connecting to your agency's CRM)
- Your name and email (for identification within your team)
- Temporary session data (cleared when you close the browser)
No Cloud Storage
The Extension does not store any client, driver, or vehicle information in the cloud or on any external servers beyond your agency's CRM.
Third-Party Services
The Extension connects to:
- Your Agency's CRM Server - Managed by your agency administrator
- Insurance Carrier Websites - Progressive FAO, GEICO (only when filling forms)
The Extension does NOT connect to:
- Analytics services
- Advertising networks
- Social media platforms
- Any other third-party services
Security
- All communication with your CRM server uses HTTPS encryption
- CRM authentication credentials are stored server-side, never in the browser
- The Extension only activates when you explicitly click buttons
